Welcome to Doololli'screations.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of original artwork from the artist Doololli. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  1. General Conditions • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, so please review them frequently.  2. Artwork Description and Availability • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and dimensions of all Artwork. However, variations in color due to monitor settings may occur. • All listings are available for purchase at a set price, as displayed. • A sales contract is only formed once your order and payment are confirmed and the Artwork's availability has been verified.  3. Pricing and Payment • The price for the Artwork is as listed on the website at the time of purchase and includes applicable taxes. • We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Payment must be made in full before the Artwork is shipped. • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.  4. Shipping and Delivery • You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. • We will arrange for shipment to your specified address. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. • Risk of loss or damage to the Artwork passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your address. • The Artwork will be delivered within 30 days of the order, unless a different time frame is agreed upon.  5. Title and Copyright/Intellectual Property • Title: Legal ownership of the physical Artwork will pass to you only upon our receipt of full payment of the purchase price. • Copyright: The Artist retains all intellectual property rights, including the copyright, in the Artwork. • Your purchase of the physical Artwork does not grant you any right to reproduce, publish, or commercialize the image of the Artwork for any purpose without the Artist's prior written consent. The Artwork is sold for personal, domestic use only.
